Richard “Chuck” Heck brings over 25 years of leadership experience and more than 15 years in healthcare administration to his role as Owner/Operator-Administrator of St. Oaks Care Center, a respected Personal Care Home-Residential Living Community in Carriere, Mississippi. With a strong commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction, Chuck oversees the daily operations of the center, ensuring services meet the highest standards and reflect the core values, passion, and vision that define St Oaks. Deeply rooted in the Pearl River County area, Chuck has dedicated his career to serving his community. He is an active member of the Mississippi Healthcare Association, The Greater Picayune Chamber of Commerce, and he holds recognition from the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma for his involvement and advocacy.

Beyond his professional contributions, Chuck is known for his community leadership and compassionate outreach. He is the founder of the Alice Kate Nonforprofit, a cause close to his heart, which further highlights his dedication to advocacy and meaningful impact across the healthcare spectrum.
